Accounts Receivable – Hanoi

About the role

The Accounts Receivable specialist will manage daily AR operations for our real‑estate projects in Hanoi, ensuring accurate invoicing, collections, reconciliations and reporting while supporting the finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Check bank statements, cash receipts and debit notes and record entries in the accounting system.
• Issue VAT invoices and process customer invoices.
• Manage collections, follow‑up overdue payments and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare regular AR reports and support month‑end closing.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
• Assist the Chief Accountant/Finance Manager on finance and accounting matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable; experience in real‑estate is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
