AI/Agent Engineer – Production AI Systems

About the role

We are building the next generation of production AI agent systems that can reason, plan, use tools, delegate to specialized sub‑agents and deliver real business outcomes. As a senior AI/Agent Engineer you will work at the frontier of modern machine learning, transformers and multimodal language models, turning deep technical understanding into reliable, scalable production solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect agentic systems with planning, memory, tool use, multi‑agent delegation and safety guardrails.
• Translate model capabilities into production‑ready pipelines, handling prompt and context strategies, retrieval, reranking, structured output and streaming for text and multimodal inputs.
• Own the evaluation framework: build offline test sets, implement online LLM‑as‑judge loops and regression harnesses.
• Optimize system performance through prompt caching, batching, speculative decoding, model routing and token‑budget management to meet latency targets.

Required profile

• Senior‑level engineer with deep expertise in modern machine learning, especially transformers and large language models.
• Strong understanding of attention mechanisms, autoregressive decoding failure modes and cost/latency trade‑offs.
• Experience building robust, high‑throughput AI services that operate under real‑world load.
