Area Development Program Sponsorship Facilitator

About the role

World Vision is seeking a Sponsorship Facilitator for its WVIV Area Development Program in Son Ha, Vietnam. The role supports the delivery of child sponsorship initiatives, ensuring donor commitments translate into meaningful outcomes for children, families and communities.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate child sponsorship relationships, ensuring donor commitments are fulfilled and aligned with Community‑Led Care and Protection standards.
• Support the implementation of sponsorship operations, monitoring timelines, budgets and compliance with Sponsorship Standards.
• Integrate sponsorship activities into ADP annual plans, technical programmes and community engagement plans.
• Manage reporting and quality monitoring, including review of Child Monitoring Standards, Sponsorship Operations Index and exception reports.
• Assist with the registration and re‑activation of children in the Registered Children portfolio, maintaining supply for support offices.
• Promote the inclusion of children and families in programme activities, gathering feedback and ensuring their voices are reflected.

Required profile

• Experience in managing child sponsorship or similar donor‑funded programmes.
• Strong understanding of child protection, community‑led care and participation principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively with programme managers, field staff and external partners.
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills, with attention to detail.
