Assistant Merchandiser – Japanese Speaker (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Merchandiser who is fluent in Japanese to join our merchandising team in Ho Chi Minh City. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates eager to start a career in fashion merchandising and supply‑chain coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate daily with the Japanese headquarters and customers regarding orders, sample requests, production schedules, and delivery status.
• Track customer requirements, ensure timely responses, and provide proactive support throughout the order lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal teams—including merchandising, production, and logistics—to align on sample development and order fulfillment.
• Assist in preparing order documentation, updating order management systems, and monitoring shipment progress.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Responsible, detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Knowledge of import/export processes is a plus.
• Any exposure to fashion, textile, or garment production is advantageous.
