Business Development Executive (Junior) – Forex & CFD

About the role

An international financial markets company offering trading in forex, crypto, stocks and gold is looking to onboard 2-3 junior Vietnamese-speaking Business Development Executives to join its team in Vietnam. The role is fully remote and focuses on growing the company's client base and supporting existing clients, working closely with the Marketing team to drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and establish long-term client relationships
• Manage existing client accounts, maintain regular communication and identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and increase revenue
• Present the company's products and services to prospective and existing clients, explaining their features, benefits and value proposition
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet their business objectives
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop initiatives that generate leads, attract new clients and drive sales growth
• Follow up with prospective clients, respond to enquiries and support the conversion of leads into new business
• Monitor client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for business development and service improvement

Required profile

• Native fluency in Vietnamese and workable English
• Minimum 6-12 months of experience in sales or business development within an FX brokerage or financial services environment
• Based in Vietnam

Required skills

• Basic understanding of Forex, cryptocurrencies, stocks and gold markets
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners
• Confidence in presenting financial products and explaining their key features
• Proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and strong customer focus
