Business Development Manager - Recruitment Partners

About the role

ApplyBoard connects international students, recruitment partners and educational institutions on its platform. It is looking for an energetic Business Development Manager to grow its recruitment partner ecosystem. You will own and nurture a diverse portfolio of recruitment partners, acting as their strategic advocate and trusted advisor, from onboarding to expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Represent ApplyBoard as an ambassador to educational agents, international institutions and prospective students.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of ApplyBoard's value and offerings and promote them to students and partners.
• Develop and run strategies to increase international student enrollment across many regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents: negotiate terms, provide comprehensive training and keep them engaged through regular communication.
• Guide and train agents to improve the quality and volume of student applications while adhering to ApplyBoard's standards.
• Use CRM and social media to share key messages and drive engagement among potential and current students.
• Develop data-driven recruitment and marketing strategies based on market research to expand ApplyBoard's international presence.

Required profile

• 2-3 years managing recruitment or enterprise accounts, ideally in the international education sector.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing or Education is preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an asset.
• Ability to engage and motivate diverse stakeholders with clear, persuasive communication.
• A self-starter who works well both in a team and independently.
