Chemical Engineering Staff

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Chemical Engineering Staff member to join our team at Hwaseung VINA in Dong Nai. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in developing bonding processes and supporting new chemical supplier initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise Bonding Process Flow Charts (BPFC) by evaluating product material components and selecting efficient bonding methods.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, quality, manufacturability and cost targets.
• Identify, evaluate and commercialise new chemical suppliers and adhesives.
• Support technical issue resolution and conduct chemical analysis as needed.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or recent graduate from any discipline, willing to learn and grow professionally.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing business needs.
