Chief Accountant

About the role

The Chief Accountant will lead the finance function, ensuring accurate accounting, compliance and timely reporting for the company. This senior position requires strong technical expertise and the ability to manage a team while supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all accounting and financial activities of the company.
• Maintain the accounting, treasury system, ledgers, invoices, payroll, insurance and related processes.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management and plant leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese legal regulations in the preparation of financial documents and reports.
• Develop, monitor and control the annual budget, providing variance analysis and recommendations.

Required profile

• At least 7 years of experience in a chief accountant or senior accounting role.
• University degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Valid Chief Accountant Certificate as required under Vietnamese law.
