Clinical Psychologist/Counsellor (Remote) – Bac Ninh

About the role

Intellect is looking for a Clinical Psychologist/Counsellor to join its telehealth platform as a freelance provider. You will support clients on their mental health journeys with evidence-based care, within a global network of professionals. This remote, part-time role offers full schedule flexibility and complements your current work or private practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical support
• Deliver Critical Incident Stress Management/Support (CISM/CISP) to individuals or groups affected by critical incidents, traumatic events or high-stress situations
• Support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia and more
• Apply evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches to assessment, intervention and psychological support
• Partner with the internal clinical team to improve programs and platform outcomes
• Keep timely documentation and case notes according to clinical and platform requirements

Required profile

• Master's degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
• Minimum of 300 post-master's clinical hours
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese
• Preferred: EAP experience, adult counseling and group counseling; openness to occasional onsite work

• CBT or other evidence-based approaches (MI, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
