Consumer Banking Customer Service Staff

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Consumer Banking Customer Service Staff to join our Ho Chi Minh City team. The role focuses on supporting loan applicants, improving disbursement rates and ensuring a smooth after‑sales experience for our retail banking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in designing and documenting SOPs and system workflows for all customer service channels.
• Make outbound calls to guide customers through loan applications, verify loan purpose and follow up on pending tasks.
• Monitor and improve loan disbursement rates by providing timely assistance and problem resolution.
• Maintain and update customer service policies, procedures and related documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to resolve inquiries and support after‑sales activities.

Required profile

• Background in consumer banking with solid understanding of customer service execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in banking, finance or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Experience with digital lending processes is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
