Continuous Improvement and Process Manager

About the role

The Continuous Improvement and Process Manager will lead site‑wide initiatives to optimise manufacturing processes, boost productivity, reduce waste and raise quality performance. This senior position combines deep process‑engineering knowledge with Lean Six Sigma methodology to deliver sustainable operational excellence across HSES, Quality, Production, Maintenance and Logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute continuous‑improvement projects that align with corporate goals.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools to eliminate inefficiencies and improve yield.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (HSES, Quality, Production, Maintenance, Logistics) to implement best‑practice processes.
• Monitor statistical process control data and drive data‑based decision making.
• Ensure all improvements comply with regulatory and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience in the chemical manufacturing industry.
• Minimum 5 years leading continuous‑improvement, operational‑excellence or process‑engineering initiatives.
• Proven track record of delivering cross‑functional improvement projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
