Customer Quality Engineer (QA - CS)

About the role

The Customer Quality Engineer will act as the main liaison between SEI Electronic Components and its customers, handling complaints, requests and audit preparations. You will work closely with internal teams to identify root causes and drive corrective actions, ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to address complaints and respond to requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments to investigate root causes and implement counter‑measures.
• Prepare and submit timely reports to customers.
• Follow up on post‑response improvement actions and propose enhancements for future projects.
• Prepare for on‑site customer audits and complete checklist evaluations.
• Execute correlation plans with customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Electrical‑Electronics, Automation or a related field.
• Good English communication skills.
• Logical thinking and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Quality Assurance (QA) processes.
• Chemistry knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
