Embedded Test Engineer Intern (Matlab/Simulink)

About the role

We are looking for an Embedded Test Engineer Intern to support software‑in‑the‑loop (SiL) and model‑in‑the‑loop (MiL) testing of automotive software components. The internship is based at Bosch Global Software Technologies in Ho Chi Minh City and offers exposure to end‑to‑end development for OEM partners in Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Review requirements, clarify and analyse functional specifications.
• Derive and design test cases for SiL/MiL testing based on system models.
• Develop and execute test cases using Embedded C and Matlab/Simulink environments.
• Document test results, analyse deviations and justify findings.
• Investigate problem reports, perform root‑cause analysis and support peer reviews.
• Develop or enhance test‑automation tools to improve testing efficiency.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Electronics‑Telecommunication, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Strong interest in automotive software and embedded systems.

Required skills

• Matlab and Simulink.
