Entertainment Coordinator (Vietnamese Local Only)

About the role

A hotel belonging to the Accor network, which groups more than 45 brands, 5,500 hotels, 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations, is looking for a dynamic and organized Entertainment Coordinator. The role supports the planning, coordination and delivery of entertainment programmes and events across the resort, contributing to guest experiences while keeping daily operations in the Entertainment Department running smoothly. The position is open to Vietnamese nationals only.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of daily entertainment programmes, events and special activities
• Coordinate schedules, resources and operational requirements with the Entertainment Manager
• Help organise special events, shows and community-style activities across the resort
• Liaise with external entertainers, instructors and service providers as assigned
• Maintain entertainment schedules, registrations, records and reports
• Support promotion and communication of entertainment programmes online and on site
• Assist in onboarding and coordinating part-time entertainment staff
• Track entertainment-related expenses and support budget administration
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and feedback professionally and promptly
• Ensure compliance with resort policies, operational standards and ISO Integrated Management Systems

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in Event Management, Entertainment, Hospitality or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in entertainment, events or hospitality roles
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Confident communicator with a positive, guest-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced resort environment
• Team player with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
