Finance and Legal Officer

About the role

The Finance and Legal Officer will join the HR, Admin and Finance department of Atixis Vietnam, reporting to the Entity Director and the Group CFO. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, the role supports a French engineering and project‑management group that delivers complex construction projects across commercial, healthcare, public, industrial and energy sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial accounting and prepare periodic financial statements.
• Develop, monitor and control budgets for ongoing projects.
• Ensure compliance with construction law and manage legal aspects of contracts.
• Coordinate financial reporting and audit activities with the Group finance team.
• Provide financial and legal support to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit or Business Law (Master's or professional certification such as ACCA/CPA is a plus).
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting or a combined finance/legal role, preferably within a multinational or group environment.
• Comfort working for an international company operating in Vietnam.
