Finance Manager

About the role

Air Liquide Vietnam, the leading industrial gas supplier in the country, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead its finance function across multiple sites, including Hanoi, Yen Phong, Bac Ninh and Ho Chi Minh City. The role will be based in Hanoi and will report to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee finance and accounting operations for all production units.
• Manage treasury activities, cash flow forecasting and banking relationships.
• Lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and business partnering initiatives.
• Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with local tax regulations.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax offices and external advisors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management Control or related field; CPA qualification highly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, including audit firm or tax advisory background.
• Proven experience interacting with auditors, tax authorities and external advisors.
• Experience in FP&A, treasury, corporate finance and internal control.
