Fresher Embedded Software Engineer – C Focused

About the role

As a Fresher Embedded Software Engineer you will join an international Scrum team at Bosch’s software centre in Ho Chi Minh City, developing scalable and reliable embedded solutions in C/C++. You will work on large‑scale projects, supporting security initiatives and CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain embedded software components in C/C++.
• Contribute to system architecture and software integration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile/SAFe environment.
• Establish professional development processes and optimise architecture for return on investment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Strong C programming skills.
• Good knowledge of embedded system development, including microcontrollers, build processes, debugging tools, RTOS and memory technologies (FLASH, EEPROM, FEE).
• Fluent English communication.
