Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will join the leadership team of an international school, shaping and executing HR strategies that support the institution’s mission and values. This position ensures compliance, fosters a people‑focused culture, and drives talent acquisition, staff development, and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with school objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
• Design and deliver staff development programs and performance management systems.
• Ensure all HR operations comply with local labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
• Lead HR team members and coordinate with department heads on workforce planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in an international or bilingual school environment is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of labor laws and employee relations.
• Demonstrated leadership and managerial capabilities.
