Information Security Manager

About the role

The Information Security Manager will lead the development and maintenance of our information security framework, ensuring compliance with both local and international regulations. This role is critical for protecting personal data and supporting the company’s cybersecurity posture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update information security policies, standards, and regulations.
• Participate in creating and maintaining personal data protection strategies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze domestic and international regulations, standards, and best practices related to information security and cybersecurity.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure alignment with compliance audit requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate security controls into system architectures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Professional certifications in information security or Data Protection Officer (DPO) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience in the financial industry, specifically as a Technical Architect on system development projects.
