Junior Lighting Quality Inspector

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Lighting Quality Inspector to join our team in Hanoi. The role involves ensuring that LED lamps, luminaires and related products meet our quality standards throughout production.
Key responsibilities
- Perform final and in‑process inspections of LED lighting products.
- Conduct off‑site inspections and first‑sample verification, providing daily production reports.
- Audit factories to assess production capabilities, quality‑control procedures and storage capacity.
- Provide feedback and corrective actions to improve product quality.
Required profile
- Honest, team‑oriented and problem‑solving mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
- At least one year of experience in product quality inspection, final inspection or production quality control.
- Experience with finished‑product inspection is mandatory.
- Good risk‑assessment skills.
