Junior/Middle Business Analyst (ANZ Market)

About the role

GEM Corp is hiring a Junior/Middle Business Analyst based in Hanoi, focused on the ANZ market. The deadline to apply is April 15, 2026. The role involves working with stakeholders to understand business needs, documenting requirements and supporting project management and system testing.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
• Gather, document and analyze data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement
• Create and maintain detailed business requirements and functional specifications
• Maintain documentation such as process maps, business cases and project plans
• Assist in project management: tracking progress, managing timelines and communicating updates
• Take part in testing and validation of new systems, processes and solutions
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve business operations and support strategic goals

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written English, able to work with global clients and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, organized and able to work under pressure

Required skills

• Experience with business analysis methodologies and tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Preferred: data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, SQL and database management
• Preferred: JIRA, Trello or Confluence, and experience in the HCM/HR domain
