Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will plan, coordinate and monitor shipment activities for the EMEA region, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods. You will manage end‑to‑end logistics operations, from scheduling and freight booking to transportation coordination and SAP transaction processing, while maintaining compliance with customer and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain shipment schedules for international deliveries across the EMEA region.
• Book freight services, negotiate rates and coordinate with carriers and forwarders.
• Process SAP transactions related to shipping, customs and invoicing.
• Prepare and verify export documentation, Incoterms and shipping paperwork.
• Monitor logistics expenses, ocean freight operations and multimodal transportation performance.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any delivery issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in shipment planning, international shipping or export operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
