Logistics & Inventory Control Supervisor

About the role

The Logistics & Inventory Control Supervisor will lead the warehouse and inventory functions for Danone Vietnam, ensuring smooth operations and accurate stock management. The role combines hands‑on supervision with strategic oversight to support the company’s supply chain objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Directly handle all warehouse and inventory control activities, from receipt to dispatch.
• Monitor warehouse performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with transportation teams to optimise stock flow.
• Implement and maintain supply‑chain processes that support inventory accuracy.
• Foster an agile, inclusive and collaborative work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or supply‑chain functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Demonstrated agile, inclusive, collaborative, accountable and decisive mindset.
