Logistics & Stock Management Staff – 7-Month Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics & Stock Management Staff member to oversee the warehousing and transportation of motor vehicles for a 7‑month fixed‑term contract. The role ensures efficient handling of imported cars, accurate documentation, and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and delivery of imported vehicles, including handling CBU documentation (Certificate of Origin and Certificate of Quality).
• Manage daily warehouse operations, monitor inventory levels, and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Work closely with transportation partners to schedule shipments, track lead times, and optimise costs.
• Ensure customs procedures are followed and all required paperwork is filed correctly.
• Maintain accurate records in Microsoft Office tools and generate regular reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or import‑export operations.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
