Manager - Corporate Tax

About the role

As a Tax Manager in PwC Vietnam’s Corporate Tax team, you will design and deliver tax solutions for leading corporate clients across diverse industries. You will ensure compliance with Vietnamese tax regulations while providing strategic advisory on corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, personal income tax, customs and transfer pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery of tax services to a portfolio of corporate clients.
• Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring high‑quality service and satisfaction.
• Lead, coach and develop team members through delegation, monitoring and feedback.
• Identify and propose value‑added tax advisory opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with PwC policies and professional standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Law.
• 5‑6 years of tax advisory experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
• Strong business and technical tax knowledge.
• Excellent time‑ and project‑management abilities.
• High professional standards and dynamic leadership qualities.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
