MM Dealer – Treasury Team

About the role

The Treasury Team is looking for an MM Dealer to manage the bank's short, medium and long‑term funding. You will play a key part in optimizing interbank market transactions and supporting the bank's liquidity strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage short, medium and long‑term funds and develop proactive funding plans.
• Execute interbank market transactions to maximize profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with counterparties and other financial institutions.
• Analyze financial conditions and State Bank of Vietnam policies affecting the interbank money market.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth liquidity operations.

Required profile

• University graduate in Economics, Banking or Finance.
• At least 1 year of banking experience in money‑market, liquidity management or AML.
• Ability to analyse interest rates and market liquidity.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with other banks.
• Fluent in English or Korean; CV must be submitted in English or Korean.
• Honest, proactive and able to work independently.
