MT Sales Manager – Confectionery (Ho Chi Minh City & Long An)

About the role

Fujiya Vietnam is looking for an experienced Modern Trade (MT) Sales Manager to lead and grow its confectionery business across Vietnam. The role will be based in Ho Chi Minh City with responsibilities extending to Long An and nationwide retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Expand sales and develop business opportunities with existing MT customers nationwide.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Manage key retail accounts and negotiate contracts with major Vietnamese retailers.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the MT sales team to deliver results.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Business‑level English proficiency.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an MT Sales Manager in food, beverage, or confectionery manufacturing, with strong relationships with major retailers.
• Disciplined work performance and ability to lead sales activities transparently.
