About the role

The Market Development & Documentation Officer will focus on expanding partnerships in China and Taiwan for labor export projects. The role involves client relationship management, market research, and supporting Vietnamese workers before and after deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage local companies in China and Taiwan that recruit foreign labor.
• Maintain relationships with strategic partners and provide ongoing customer service.
• Participate in international labor export conferences to promote the brand.
• Stay updated on the latest labor export regulations.
• Assist Vietnamese candidates throughout the recruitment, documentation, and post‑arrival phases.
• Prepare, translate, and edit required documentation for partner countries.
• Support interview preparation and use AI tools when needed.
• Perform general office and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Fluent Chinese communication skills (HSK 5 or TOCFL Band B equivalent).
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in labor export or international recruitment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and quick learning.
• Proficiency with computer applications and familiarity with CRM and email‑marketing platforms.
