Officer, Client Service

About the role

The Officer, Client Service supports onboarding, maintenance, trade service and cash management for institutional and retail customers. You will be the first point of contact, handling enquiries, service requests and ensuring timely resolution within agreed SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service across cash, lending, trade and onboarding products, acting as the primary contact for enquiries.
• Process account opening, maintenance, product setup, documentation and fund transfer verification while adhering to risk and regulatory requirements.
• Manage daily customer calls, complaints and service requests, ensuring resolution within service level agreements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless service and support cross‑selling activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, high call quality and productivity standards.

Required profile

• Experience in client services supporting cash, lending, trade and onboarding products.
• Strong understanding of banking policies, operational risk, compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Excellent communication, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a team environment.
