Partnership Assistant Manager

About the role

Blue Sky Vietnam Global Education is seeking a Partnership Assistant Manager to support its growth in the international education and study‑tour market. Based in Hanoi, you will work closely with senior managers to develop and maintain strategic partnerships that drive student enrollment and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and negotiate partnership opportunities with schools, agencies and travel operators.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create joint promotional campaigns.
• Track partnership performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• Assist in organizing events, webinars and study‑tour programs for partner audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Native Vietnamese speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English and advanced proficiency in Japanese.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development or education‑related services.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about education.
