Product Development Deputy Manager (Car Loan)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Product Development Deputy Manager to lead the end‑to‑end creation of secured loan products, such as auto loans and mortgages, for individual, household business and corporate customers. The role will drive product ideas from concept through launch while ensuring security best practices are embedded.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the product development lifecycle for new secured loan offerings, from ideation and market research to specification, testing and launch.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and translate them into clear product requirements.
• Define product specifications that prioritize security, risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate deployment with lending platforms including CRM, mobile applications, LOS/LMS and core system integrations.
• Monitor product performance post‑launch and recommend enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience developing secured loan products (auto loan, mortgage) for individuals, SMEs or corporate clients.
• Strong understanding of lending platforms such as CRM, mobile apps, LOS/LMS and system integration.
• Proven ability to perform critical risk and data analysis.
