Production Management Staff

About the role

The Production Management Staff member will support the manufacturing and assembly of automotive components, ensuring quality and efficiency on the shop floor. This position works closely with engineering and maintenance teams to keep production lines running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks.
• Conduct quality checks on parts and components to verify functionality.
• Apply finishing touches to improve component appearance.
• Optimize production efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.
• Execute minor repairs and promptly report equipment breakdowns.
• Maintain equipment maintenance logs and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or automobile engineering.
• Knowledge of production processes in the automobile industry (preferred).
• Extensive experience with quality control procedures and meeting production standards.
• Proficiency with computers and office software.
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, communication and collaboration skills.
