Production Planner

About the role

The Production Planner will ensure that all material requirements are accurately forecasted, sourced and available for the manufacturing floor. This position works closely with procurement, quality, and warehouse teams to keep production running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Review material availability cycles for business orders and oversee ERP‑based material control and auditing.
• Develop material requirement plans, especially for long‑lead‑time items, and monitor their status.
• Track material movements to guarantee timely returns and availability for production schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement, IQC, and warehouse teams to resolve urgent material issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Planner or Material Controller.
• Formal training in production management, production planning, material control, ERP systems and ISO 9001.
• Strong numerical sensitivity, coordination, communication and planning abilities.
