Project Finance Controller - Chinese Speaking

About the role

The Project Finance Controller will support Huawei Vietnam’s telecom projects by overseeing financial performance, budgeting and risk management. The role requires fluency in Chinese and English to liaise with regional teams and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly business performance evaluations and operational management reports for senior management.
• Conduct periodic financial analysis, forecasting and develop action plans to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, set financial targets and design performance metrics.
• Monitor credit risk, account management and ensure data integrity across all project finance activities.
• Collaborate with operations and project teams to drive performance improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in account management, project management, credit risk or related finance functions.
• Strong command of English and Chinese.
• Experience in the telecommunications or IT industry is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.
