Risk Modeling Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Credit Risk Modeling Supervisor to lead the design and implementation of a next‑generation scoring ecosystem for our consumer finance portfolio. The role bridges advanced data science techniques with strategic risk management to ensure the health and profitability of our credit book.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI/ML credit scoring models that support automated decision‑making.
• Lead a team of modelers and data analysts, providing technical guidance and performance reviews.
• Ensure model governance, validation, and ongoing monitoring in line with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with risk, data engineering, and IT teams to integrate models into production systems.
• Analyse model performance, produce reporting, and recommend enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Data Science, Data Analytics, MIS or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience in credit risk modeling or data analytics within banking or consumer finance.
• At least 1‑2 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and understanding of credit risk concepts.
