Sales Engineer - HVAC Air Moving Products (SEA)

About the role

Regal Rexnord is hiring a Sales Engineer based in Vietnam to drive sales and business development for its air moving products (FFU, EC fans and similar) in the Southeast Asian market. The role covers building relationships with OEM customers, expanding the sales network and managing the project pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with OEM customers and deliver services covering all air moving products in Southeast Asia, achieving the annual operating plan target.
• Develop multiple channels and manage relations with key stakeholders to expand the network.
• Track, bid on, sign orders and collect project information, and manage the project pipeline.
• Cooperate with design institutions and industrial agents to bid for projects.
• Work with product management and marketing to build company branding.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry or working with HVAC manufacturers.
• Proficiency in English; workable Mandarin is preferred.
• Ability to balance technical expertise with a business-oriented mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, customer-centric approach and teamwork.
• Established relationships in the AHU manufacturing sector are a plus.
