Sales Staff – Cold Chain, CDU & Unit Cooler (Open to Freshers)

About the role

Daikin Vietnam is looking for a dynamic Sales Staff member to develop its cold‑chain business, including CDU and unit cooler solutions. The role focuses on building a market presence from the ground up and working closely with retailers, food processors, logistics providers and pharmaceutical companies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans for refrigeration and cold‑chain solutions across Vietnam.
• Identify and target key segments such as retail chains, food‑and‑beverage manufacturers, logistics firms and pharma companies.
• Conduct market research with dealers, contractors, installers, investors, developers and consultants.
• Analyse competitors, define market positioning and create go‑to‑market strategies.
• Generate leads, present technical proposals and close B2B sales deals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Mechanical or Thermal Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in HVAC/refrigeration or technical/project sales (B2B).
• Good command of English to collaborate with regional teams.
• Proven experience with cold rooms, CDUs, unit coolers or similar refrigeration systems.
