SAP Project Manager

About the role

The SAP Project Manager will lead the delivery of SAP projects for Bosch Global Software Technologies, ensuring high‑quality outcomes, on‑time delivery, and alignment with customer requirements. You will work closely with business users, architects, and delivery teams to define scope, manage risks, and drive project success.

Key responsibilities

• Establish project plans, risk‑management plans, milestones and deliverables in consultation with business users and architects.
• Manage daily project execution, monitoring schedule, budget, manpower and quality.
• Control scope definition and change‑control processes.
• Analyse and document requirements by liaising with users and managers across the organization.
• Escalate and discuss project overruns, scope creep, integration issues and resource needs with senior directors.
• Integrate hardware and software components, oversee testing, business‑process review, redesign, application development, migration and data conversion.
• Coordinate resources—including hardware, software, human resources and logistics—to stay within budget.
• Review project documentation to ensure it meets customer requirements and complies with standards.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage SAP project scope, schedule and quality.
• Experience creating and maintaining risk‑management and change‑control plans.
• Strong analytical skills for requirement gathering and documentation.
