Senior Brand Manager, Hematology

About the role

AstraZeneca Vietnam is looking for a Senior Brand Manager for the hematology therapeutic area. The role manages the brand and therapeutic area, develops and implements marketing plans and builds and manages the P&L, while leading a direct report marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategic and operational plans, launch readiness plans and build and manage the P&L of the brand/therapeutic area
• Lead execution of brand plans, manage external vendors for omni-channel campaigns and analyse market research and customer insights
• Manage KOLs and build digital brand strategies and campaigns
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines and deliverables, and deliver other cross-functional projects
• Build a direct report marketing team, coach them and develop their careers
• Follow AZ global policy, compliance for external interactions and the industry code of marketing practices

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Medicine
• More than 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical brand management with a proven track record of implementing plans and campaigns
• Proven leadership and project management experience in complex projects
• Knowledge of the regulatory approval process and relevant codes of practice
• Preferred: MBA, consumer/managed markets promotion experience, insight/market research experience, sales or emerging markets experience, and understanding of the country's healthcare environment
