Senior SAP SD Consultant – SAP O2C S/4HANA

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP SD Consultant to lead end‑to‑end implementations and roll‑outs of the SAP Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) process on S/4HANA for Bosch’s operations in Vietnam. You will work closely with business users and cross‑functional teams to ensure the SAP solution meets local requirements while aligning with global templates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SAP O2C S/4HANA implementation and subsequent plant roll‑outs.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements; propose process improvements.
• Identify gaps between local processes and the global template, conduct workshops and training for end users.
• Integrate SAP O2C with MM, FI and WM/EWM modules to guarantee data consistency.
• Coordinate data migration activities, including field mapping, transformation rules and mass uploads of sales orders, pricing conditions, invoices, business partners and material masters.
• Support testing phases (integration, UAT), create and track test defects, and assist during cut‑over and hyper‑care periods.
• Train key users and provide post‑go‑live support.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an SAP SD consultant on S/4HANA projects.
• Strong knowledge of the O2C process and its integration points with MM, FI and WM/EWM.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication; Vietnamese is a plus.
