Skilled Technician – Light Current (ELV) – Vietnamese Local Only

About the role

A hotel belonging to the Accor network (more than 45 brands, 5,500 hotels, 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations) is looking for a skilled technician for its light current (ELV - Extra Low Voltage) systems. The position is open only to Vietnamese nationals. The technician keeps all ELV systems operating safely, reliably and without interruption.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, maintain and repair ELV systems: fire alarm, public address, CCTV surveillance, access control, building management, guest room management, telephone/PABX, IPTV and SMATV, structured cabling, Wi-Fi infrastructure, intercoms and emergency communication systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to the approved schedule and record activities in the CMMS or maintenance logs.
• Diagnose and fix faults quickly, respond to breakdown calls and emergencies, and coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialised repairs.
• Ensure systems run to manufacturer specifications and comply with local regulations, fire and life safety standards and hotel policies.
• Support fire alarm testing, emergency drills and regulatory inspections; follow LOTO and safe work procedures.
• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs and equipment history, update drawings, schematics and asset registers after changes, report recurring issues and perform other duties asked by the head of department.

Required profile

• Diploma, technical certificate or college/vocational training in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology or Building Services Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in ELV/light current systems.
• Hotel, resort, hospital, airport or commercial building experience preferred; experience with integrated building management systems is an advantage.
• Vietnamese nationality only.
