Training Administrator

About the role

MSX International, a partner to automotive brands and mobility companies, is hiring a full-time Training Administrator in Hanoi. The role supports training projects and all related activities, working on site Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:30. Candidates must be able to start within 15 days.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the training database, including keying training results and updating the number of dealership staff by month
• Develop monthly training reports from the database and collate feedback from each training programme into a report for market management
• Work with the project manager on the annual and monthly training calendar, and help select candidates for sales and aftersales training courses
• Coordinate with dealers to update employee records on the LMS, send invitations to dealer managers and follow up on attendance
• Ensure nominations for training programmes are received on time and escalate late ones
• Book internal training venues and caterers, update and issue trainee records to the field, and manage payments to suppliers and cost sheets
• Produce training materials, order textbooks and test papers, and check training material stock

Required profile

• Local Vietnamese citizen only
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience; training administration background is an advantage
• Strong service mindset, result-oriented, team player and well organised
• Good command of English is an advantage
