Translation & Requirement Management Support Intern (Japanese/English)

About the role

This internship supports the translation and requirement management processes for Bosch Global Software Technologies in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work with technical specifications, ensure data consistency, and translate documents between Japanese and English.

Key responsibilities

• Receive specification documents from customers in various formats (Word, Excel, PDF, matrix).
• Import content into the IBM Rational DOORS system, manage versions, set attributes and layout according to customer requirements.
• Maintain consistency of attributes and layouts across all modules.
• Update the system when specifications change and track revisions.
• Develop and manage project metrics, configuration management, baseline copies, and tracking reports.
• Translate technical documents from Japanese to English and vice versa.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student majoring in Linguistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Available for a 6‑month full‑time internship and able to provide a university recommendation letter.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking.
• Good English communication skills.
• Japanese proficiency at N2 level or higher.
