Vice President, Specialist Sales – SME, South East Asia (East)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President to lead specialist sales for Small & Medium Enterprises across South East Asia – East. The role will shape go‑to‑market strategies, drive revenue growth and partner with regional sales teams to expand the SME portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute go‑to‑market strategies to scale SME business across multiple market segments.
• Collaborate with market sales teams on sales planning and KPI tracking.
• Own sales pipeline development, identify top business opportunities and support deal negotiations.
• Gather competitor intelligence and customer feedback to refine product value propositions.
• Work with regional product SMEs to enable solutions and ensure market readiness.
• Identify partnership opportunities to support global product priorities.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales leadership experience within the SME segment.
• Track record of delivering revenue targets in a regional or multi‑country context.
• Strong understanding of the payments industry and digital commerce trends.
• Ability to develop and communicate strategic go‑to‑market plans.
• Experience working across diverse South East Asian markets.
• Excellent stakeholder and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
