Associate Managing Consultant, Deploy

About the role

Mastercard is looking for an Associate Managing Consultant, Deploy to join its new Deploy consulting suite. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end execution support for large‑scale technology and transformation programs, helping clients bring new products to market, implement complex assets and embed lasting value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects within a portfolio, coordinating activities across diverse teams and geographies.
• Define clear roles and responsibilities for project teams and stakeholders to ensure benefit delivery.
• Identify risks early and develop proactive mitigation plans to protect timelines and outcomes.
• Support clients in adopting, using and evolving major technology assets throughout their lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large, complex projects or programs in a cross‑functional, multicultural environment.
• Formal training and accreditation in recognized project‑management or change‑management methodologies.
• Ability to plan and oversee multi‑workstream programs from inception to delivery.
• Strong presence within client organisations, extending influence beyond the immediate program team.
• Capability to bring industry insights and innovative ideas to senior client stakeholders.
