About the role
The HR Business Partner – Commercial will act as a trusted advisor for assigned employee groups and locations, delivering effective HR solutions, supporting people development, and helping achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide HR advice and operational support to designated business units as a specialist HRBP.
- Deliver HR solutions that align with business goals and enhance employee performance.
- Implement group and local HR policies, ensuring full compliance across locations.
- Support talent management initiatives, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Required profile
- University degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
- 3‑5 years of progressive HR experience in multinational organizations, ideally within manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills to work effectively with internal partners.
