About the role

Make an impact as the Country Project Lead for the Mastercard Offers Network rollout in Vietnam. This execution‑oriented position partners with multiple stakeholders to deliver the solution on time and within budget, starting in 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the Mastercard Offers Network project in the country.
• Develop and manage detailed local project timelines, action plans, and milestones.
• Ensure cross‑functional alignment and timely execution across all workstreams.
• Act as the primary liaison among country teams and regional product teams.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organize and lead local Steering Committee meetings to ensure governance and strategic alignment.
• Coordinate market assessments with regional teams and apply validated go‑to‑market strategies.
