PMC Supervisor

About the role

The PMC Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site position located at our manufacturing facility in Hai Phong, Vietnam. Reporting to senior management, the supervisor will coordinate production planning, material management and overall supply‑chain activities to ensure smooth operations and on‑time delivery of finished goods.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and adjust detailed production schedules in line with demand forecasts.
• Control inventory levels, monitor stock movements and ensure accurate material availability.
• Plan and coordinate material procurement, storage and distribution across the plant.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality and logistics teams to optimise workflow and resolve bottlenecks.
• Analyse production data, generate performance reports and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Lead a team of planners and operators, providing coaching and performance feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in production planning, material management or similar supervisory roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on process efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple departments.
