Key Account Manager, Industrial Adhesives and Tapes

About the role

3M is seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to drive sales of industrial adhesives and tapes in Ho Chi Minh City. You will own a portfolio of key accounts, develop relationships, and deliver growth in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by providing independent coverage of assigned accounts and territory.
• Develop and execute account plans that align with customer needs and 3M’s solutions.
• Manage the sales territory with periodic supervision, seeking assistance when complex issues arise.
• Promote 3M’s safety and environmental health standards within customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or adhesive markets.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales forecasts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while leveraging support when needed.
