Sales Representative – Finished Lubricants & Industrial Chemicals

About the role

The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling finished lubricant and industrial chemical products to key accounts in Vietnam. The role combines direct sales activities with administration, stock and debtor management, cost control, and profit‑and‑loss ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve turnover and profit targets in line with the agreed budget and result‑before‑tax (RBT) objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers in the lubricant and chemical sectors.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and follow up on order fulfilment.
• Manage stock levels, monitor debtor accounts and ensure timely collections.
• Control costs and contribute to the overall profitability of the assigned portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Science, Lubricants, Oil & Gas or a related field (Master’s in Business Administration or Marketing is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling finished lubricants and industrial chemicals.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
